How long before products ship/how do i get tracking information?

Boxes ship between 5-14 business days & typically arrive between 2-5 business days once shipped. Once package Labels are created, you will Receive tracking information via email. In the case of an error, we will contact you via email provided at time of Purchase. Sometimes we experience delays, as the post office sometimes has an influx of packages, especially at this time. will you be opening a store/restaurant/farmers market stall anytime soon? or can we pick up in person to avoid shipping costs?

the goal is to eventually open something so that our customers can browse our products & we can be Available to guide you through your purchase. Until then, please keep an eye out on our instagram for pop-ups & other events until the day we can serve you in person! :) Unfortunately our website is currently the only way to buy our products in person. our facility cannot Accommodate pick up orders at this time.

return/refund policy?

Due to the nature of this product & covid-19, we cannot accept returns at this time.

Please read the ingredient Labels & info on products carefully before purchasing for allergies or food aversions.

We can do refunds for jars broken or destroyed in transit. please email us with photographic evidence of such an incident.

In the event of a lost package, we will also contact you about whether you would like a Replacement (if Available) or refund for the purchase amount.

All inquires must be filed within 30 days of Receiving the package.
