Ⓥ Vegan GF Gluten Free 3 Oz Portion [Dry Weight]

Sometimes also called Cellophane Noodles, or Glass Noodles these translucent & chewy noodles are great hot or chilled, but can also be deep fried for a crispy treat!

Cooking Instructions:
Soak In Very Hot Tap Water For At Least 5 Minutes, But No More Than 30, Or Until Softened. Boil In Unsalted Water 2-3 Minutes, Tasting For Doneness. If You Are Making Chilled Noodles, Cook An Additional 30 Seconds, Then Remove From Boiling Water, & Run Under Cool Water Until Chilled. If You Are Putting These In The Fridge To Eat At A Later Time, You Can Toss Them In A Touch Of Neutral Oil To Keep Them From Sticking Together. Or even pre-dress them in your favorite Only Pans L.A. sauce for a lunch that’s ready to go!
